Pro Corona, Anti Government instructions - Rajat Mishra at Woodscape

It is unfortunate that Corona virus has spread so much in Gujarat, and more so in Ahmedabad and Baroda too. Why in spite of repeated instructions, warnings and the lockdown, the tally has gone that high, is a matter to think over so that precautions can be taken accordingly. Many people are with hyperactive disorder and cannot stay indoors and many think that breaking the rules is acting brave and smart, but actually it is shameful to become a reason for any risk on the life of other people as well as your own.

We are bringing up one such case with the purpose of exposing those who do not know their limits and constantly become havoc for others. Mr. Rajat Mishra the newly made Secretary of Woodscape Villa, Vadodara got the opportunity to be on the post as no body else contested for the same. Soon after this there were lockdown orders to take precautions against corona disease spread. Rajat Mishra started a stream of illogical activities that were a serious threat to the safety of Woodscape Society residents. He started calling committee meetings desperately, thus compelling other committee members to violate the stay indoors norms of the Government, although there were options of Online conference if there was a necessity.

Next Rajat Mishra carried out mosquito fumigation in the society without any prior information to the residents. As per a Government Doctor and a resident of the same society, this was not the right time for mosquito fumigation, reason being that people have to move outdoors half an hour after fumigation, so this would be breaking lockdown rules and risking safety against corona. And if they didn’t move out, it could lead to coughing due to fumigation, which could be confused with corona symptom creating a panic. Fumigation under present situation was required only if any case of malaria or dengue was reported in the society, which was not heard of. This action during nationwide lockdown was therefore carried out randomly without consulting the right people who were easily available for any discussion.

When there was strict lockdown in the whole country, Rajat Mishra got printed ‘car stickers’ with 'Woodscape Villa.... ' written on it - an unnecessary activity! Then he planned to call all the residents at one spot- the Builders office, along with vehicle RC books, for collecting these stickers !! He was calling and compelling people for a social gathering, and openly violating the Government rules for Covid-19 safety lockdown, and did he have the authority to check the RC book of vehicles? He could not justify that; he imposed that those without stickers would have to get down of their cars and record their entry in the register at the gate. People would be put to the risk of increased contact due to touching register and pen, and the consequent interaction at the gate which could violate social distancing. This is how he was pushing everybody into risk! Obviously some of the residents would gather at the builder’s office to get their ‘sticker’, but thankfully, another Committee person intervened and prevented the gathering.

Mr. Rajat would not stop and visited all the homes distributing those car stickers, totally violating Government orders of not to roam about unnecessary in the society. He gathered a group of people with him who, without mask interacted with the residents and violated the Government’s social distancing orders for the petty unnecessary task of distributing car stickers!!

Mr. Rajat’s muffle-headedness knows no bounds; he then got printed a Directory of Woodscape residents and their family members, without stating purpose. Inspite of another committee member warning him to follow Government rules and not to run a parallel government sort of, on his own, he not only printed that ‘not required’ directory but he continued with his blunders posing threat to the society residents by distributing the printed stuff door to door. We all know that the use of even currency notes is not advisable, electricity bills also are not being circulated in print as we are fighting corona disease spread as far as possible; the virus could be surviving on paper for days infecting people. Even newspapers circulation has been stopped, but this man distributed an unnecessary directory to people which no one had asked for, going door to door, violating social distancing and risking lives!! In fact, with nearly half occupancy of this society, at present where was there any need to get this incomplete directory printed at all during a nationwide lockdown, and then distribute it to people imposing risk of corona spread? Rajat Mishra owes an explantion for all this. He seems to be totally ignorant or heedless individual.

It is astonishing that Mr. Rajat is bent upon going against Government orders totally. He stopped Amazon delivery boys at the gate, who are well trained for zero touch delivery and also wear mask, gloves and carry sanitizer for ready safety. Thus Rajat forced the residents to leave the safety of their homes and walk it up to the society gate to collect their grocery or other orders which is supposed to be delivered at the doorstep with complete safety. It is pertinent to mention here that Rajat had been heedless and ignorant again - the society watchmen were not wearing a mask whereas the residents had to go to that watchmen for collecting their Amazon packets, which was a risk to them. Rajat bluntly acted against Stay Home Stay Safe and continued to put others at a risk. When some residents took action against this and got the home delivery started, Rajat now ordered to stop home delivery of food, for his false ego satisfaction, again acting against Government orders.

At the Woodscape Villa society gate in May 2020: Security guard who is without a mask, stops the man wearing mask, gloves, cap and carrying sanitiser, from entering the society on the instructions of the society secreatary : is it bad or mad?

This person as society secretary, Rajat has been negligent towards the state that the society watchmen at Woodscape Villa have been discharging their duties without wearing mask, but inspite of pointing it out, Rajat Mishra never bothered to arrange masks for them.

We are writing about it to expose the real reasons why corona has been spreading widely in Gujarat. Even after repeatedly complaining about the society watchmen not wearing masks for safety, Rajat did not arrange masks for them all these months ! Thankfully one resident took the initiative to arrange masks for watchmen from her side now. Some silly people make blunders and other people in big numbers suffer, also die. This person, Mr. Rajat Mishra should be stopped before it is too late for the Woodscape Villa residents as the lockdown opening gradually there is need to be more careful and act logical and any carelessness as done earlier can turn fatal due to increased commutation and movement of people.
